Color Disclaimer: Please note that colors displayed on our Website or sample images may differ from the actual flakes used in your flooring installation due to variations in lighting, screen settings, and material batches.

Special Order: Flakes We offer special order flakes upon request at an additional surcharge of $300.00.

Payment Policy: Payment is due upon completion of the epoxy flooring installation. We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Check, Debit, Credit, Venmo, and Zelle.

Curing & Usage Guidelines

​

• Please allow 36-48 hours before walking or placing items on your newly installed epoxy floor.

• Do not drive on the surface for at least 72 hours to allow proper curing.

• Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage to the flooring, for which we are not responsible.

Warranty Information

​

Our epoxy flooring includes a lifetime warranty against flaking and peeling. However, this warranty does not cover issues related to hydrostatic pressure or moisture-related damage originating from beneath the slab.

Normal Wear & Tear Disclaimer

​

Grid Epoxy is not responsible for normal wear and tear that occurs over time due to regular use, exposure to elements, or impact from heavy objects. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Minor surface scratches or scuffs from daily foot traffic or vehicle use.

• Fading or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to sunlight, chemicals, or cleaning agents.

• Tire marks, abrasions, or indentations caused by excessive weight, dragging of objects, or hot tire pickup.

• Stains from oil, gasoline, or other substances if not cleaned promptly.

While our epoxy coatings are designed for durability, all flooring experiences natural wear over time. Proper maintenance and care will help extend the lifespan of your flooring.

Limitation of Liability

Grid Epoxy is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, neglect, moisture-related issues, hydrostatic pressure, or failure to follow the recommended curing time. All installations are performed to the highest industry standards, but environmental factors beyond our control may impact long-term performance.
